Since 2019, all companies with more than 250 employees in France must calculate and publish their gender equality index every year. Discover below the details of the indicators concerning the port of Marseille Fos.
This index must be calculated based on 5 indicators: pay gaps, individual increases, promotions, the percentage of employees receiving an increase upon return from maternity and the number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 highest paid in the company.
For the period from 1 January to 31 December 2020, the Port of Marseille Fos scored 97 out of 100 (the national average is 85/100). This picture shows our results.
