Environmental assessment of the Development & Services components. The Regional Mission of the Environmental Authority (MRAe PACA) has issued an opinion on sections 4 "developments" and 5 "services" of the strategic project for the port of Marseille Fos.
In application of article L.123-19 of the environment code, the following elements will be made available to the public, by dematerialised means, for a period of one month, from 20/01/2021 to 20/02/2021:
- Sections 4° and 5° of the Strategic Project 2020-2024
- The environmental assessment report
- The deliberation of the Supervisory Board of the Port of Marseille Fos approving the transmission to the MRAe PACA of the presented version of the strategic project 2020-2024 and the environmental assessment of its components 4° and 5°.
- The deliberate opinion of the MRAe PACA on the strategic project and its environmental assessment
- The Marseille Fos port's response to the MRAe PACA opinion and its annexes
- The notice of availability to the public
The comments made by the public on the record will be taken into account by the Port of Marseille Fos before the final approval of its strategic project by the Supervisory Board.
The port establishment will then inform the public of the methods for publishing the strategic project that has been decided on and the declaration mentioned in 2° of I of article L.122-9 of the Environment Code.
