On either side of the Atlantic, the ports of Marseille Fos and Montreal share many common points and above all many common ambitions. These ambitions have taken shape recently. On 27 November 2020, the ports of Marseille Fos and Montreal signed a cooperation agreement which commits them for five years to the development of trade and enhanced exchanges of good practices, particularly in terms of energy and digital transition and innovation.

Innovation was the focus of much discussion at the CES#2021 (Consumer Electronic Show), the global innovation and new technology show that took place from January 11 to 14. Radio Canada France, the official radio of the francophone village of this 100% digital editon of CES, wanted to highlight the initiatives of the cooperation agreement between the two ports by giving the floor in the form of a cross-interview to their respective development directors, Christine Rosso for the port of Marseille Fos and Tony Boemi for the port of Montreal.

From the Francophone village, Radio Canada France also conducted a series of exclusive CES interviews with Francophone leaders and decision-makers. Discover the interview of Hervé Martel who presented the many assets of the port of Marseille Fos on the chessboard of world ports.
