Our Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct and our Code of Business Ethics
In a world undergoing change, characterised by critical challenges relating to sustainability, social justice and responsible governance, it is essential that our activities are guided by clear, ambitious and shared ethical principles. Accordingly, mindful of its pivotal role and its impact at both local and global levels, the Port of Marseille-Fos is committed to ensuring that all its activities adhere to exemplary ethical standards.
Our organisation strongly reaffirms its firm and unequivocal stance against any unethical practices
Our anti-corruption code of conduct embodies our collective commitment to upholding the integrity, reputation and values of the Grand Port Maritime de Marseille. It is not merely a matter of legal obligations; it is also a call to each and every one of us – public officials, employees and partners – to play an active role and to behave in an exemplary manner.
Our Code of Business Ethics, which serves both as a voluntary commitment and a tool for cohesion, sets out the fundamental principles that guide our collective conduct: integrity, transparency, fairness, and respect for people and the environment.
It is addressed to all our stakeholders: customers, service users, service providers and suppliers, institutional partners, local authorities and employees.
Through this charter, the GPMM reaffirms its commitment to combining economic performance, environmental standards and social progress, whilst respecting the law, human rights and shared values. It serves as a reference framework to guide our decisions and conduct, both today and in the future.
